Beef Rouladen - TastyPlanner.com

My mom’s recipe from Austria.
Ingredients
6 thinly sliced cuts of tenderloin. (like super-thin! you may have to go to a butcher shop and ask for rouladen cuts)
12 slices
6 strips of bacon
Instructions
put salt and pepper on beef slices
spread a layer of mustard onto each slice
add a slice of bacon and top with chopped onion parsley and two pickle slices.
roll them up and hold them closed with a toothpick
heat a frying pan with oil and brown rolls on each side
place them in an oven and bake at 325f for 25 minutes
remove rolls from pan and stir in package of gravy mix
put rouladen back in pan.
coat and serve!
potatoes are a good side for this. i strongly recommend Spaetzle as a side (its on this site)
