Yummy Gooey Beef Stew
Ingredients
1 lb round steak
1 clove garlic
3 potatoes
3 Carrots
1 onion
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic
Cut steak into 3/4" squares.
Toss in flour mixture.
Mince garlic.
heat oil on med-high in large tall pan, add garlic, add meat and flour mixture.
Brown, add onion, stir 1 min. add 1/2 cup water. stir 1 min.
Add carrot and potatoes, stir and cover. Lower heat to med-low let cook 30-45min, done when potatoes smooshy. Stir occasionally.
