A simple and tasty meal with the main ingredients being beef and egg noodles.
Ingredients
3 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 c. vinegar
1 16 oz. (or "family size") can cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz. tub sour cream
1 tbsp. salt (or to taste)
4 tbsp. pepper (or to taste)
4 tbsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
2 bags wide egg noodles
1 8 oz bag frozen spinach (optional)
Instructions
Pour the vinegar into a large skillet or pot, and then add the beef; cook thoroughly. Drain the ground beef, then return to the stove over medium heat. If you want to add frozen spinach, now would be the time to do so.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and the sour cream, and stir until completely incorporated. At this point, you can either add the egg noodles to the beef mixture and cook until the noodles are tender, or you can boil the egg noodles separately in water. If you choose, you can sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top for a slightly different flavour.
