Who doesn’t like a good Beer Cheese Soup!? Have with a sourdough bowl and fill it with a mean Beer Cheese Soup. How yummy!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon - Margarine
1/2 cup - Chopped Onion
1/2 teaspoon - Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon - Worcestershire Sauce
1 (12 ounce) - Can/bottle Light Beer
1 (14.5 ounce) - Can Chicken Broth
3 tablespoons - cornstarch
2 cups - Half n' Half
2 cups - Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
You Will need a Medium Mixing Bowl, a 4 1/2 Quart Soup Pot, and Two Mixing Spoons.
1. Melt margarine in a 4 1/2 quart soup pot over medium heat. Then add onions, garlic and Worcestershire sauce and stir well.
2. Add the beer and raise the heat to high and boil for 3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Lower Heat to medium.
3. Add the chicken broth and bring heat back up to high. Bring the soup just to a boil and then lower heat to medium-low and simmer.
4. In a separate bowl combine the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water and stir until smooth. Set aside.
5. Add the half-and-half and shredded cheese to the soup. Stir constantly until the cheese melts.
6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture. Stirring constantly until the soup is thick, for about 2 minutes.
7. It’s done Enjoy! Garnish with popcorn if you like :)
