cheesy topping for your steak…easy and soooooo good

Prep time: 5 Min.
Cook time: 15 Min.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 oz +/-)
Instructions
melt butter over med heat in sauce pan
add cream and mix well
cut up bc or add crumbled bc gradually and whisk until
melted and smooth
Grill/broil steak to your desired doneness
let steak sit for 5 min
cut steak in strips and top with bleu cheese mixture
ENJOY!
