Ingredients
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup ice
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
