Healthy and quick for a weeknight.
Ingredients
500 g minced beef
1 onion
1 carrot
3 sticks celery
4 mushrooms (optional)
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp mixed herbs - dried
1 tsp parsley - dried
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
400 g pasta - dried
Instructions
Chop onion and vegetables into small pieces.
Part cook carrots/celery in the microwave to add later. Meanwhile, fry the beef, onion and mushrooms (optional) until the beef is browned.
Add the tin of tomatoes, tomato puree, the vegetables, and the herbs and seasoning and simmer for about 10 minutes. In this time you can cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Change the recipe to suit your tastes. Experiment!
