Breakfast casserole quick & easy to prepare

Ingredients
1 pound bulk pork sausauge
1/3 cup chopped onions
4 cups shredded Monterey Jack or chedder cheese
8 eggs lighlty beaten
10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 package english muffins
Instructions
1. In a large skillet cook sausage and onion over meduim heat until meat is no longer pink, drain. Transfer to a greased 13-in X 9-in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs and soup poor over cheeese.
2. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30-35 mintues or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 mintues before serving.
3. Cut and serve on a toasted english muffin.
