1 serving = 1 protein, 1 grain, 1 fruit
Ingredients
4 EggWhites
1 Apple or other firm fruit
1/4 C. Raw Old Fashion Oatmeal
1/2 Serving of any other grain (it can either be cooked or raw)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Form two patties on griddle and cook, turning
once. Excellent non-dairy breakfast. Freezes well. Yield 1 Serving
