Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup tropical fruit (pineapple, papaya, mango...)
1/2 cup frozen, organic spinach
1 scoop protein powder (low carb kind)
1 bottle cold water
Instructions
Combine ingredients above, except water, into a blender. Add about 1/4 bottle of water and blend. Slowly add the rest of the water, or until it’s to a smoothie consistency.
