Good for rolls and bread!

Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour ( plus 4-5 cups more later)
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cup warm milk
Instructions
Mix yeast, water and sugar and let stand for a little while.
Mix rest of ingredients and knead In 3 1/2 cups (or 4 1/2 c) more flour. Knead for 10 minutes – the dough should not be sticky.
Place dough in greased bowl. Turn dough greased side up and cover with towel. Let rise until double in size. Break into 35 pieces. Shape into rolls and placed on greased sheet let raise until ready for baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (25-ish for bread) if browning too fast cover with foil.
