Broccoli, Egg & Sour Cream Casserole - TastyPlanner.com

Some people love this and others hate it. If you like Tarragon Vinegar, you’ll like this. This recipe is superb with Chicken in Wine and Cream Sauce!

Ingredients
2 (16 oz.) packages of frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to package
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbl Tarragon Vinegar
1/8 tsp paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook broccoli and boil eggs.
Warm sour cream, mayonnaise and vinegar, stirring 4-5 minutes. (Be careful not to boil.) Pour over broccoli and bake uncovered 10 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
Arrange cooked broccoli in casserole dish. Top with egg slices.
