Great combination of sweet and bitter – best frosting recipie I’ve ever tasted!

Serves: 1
Ingredients
2 squares of baking chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
7 T milk (3 fl. oz.)
3 T. shortening
3 T. butter
1 T. Karo syrup
Instructions
Mix all, bring to boil, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from burner, let cool and thicken til ready to cover brownies. Check often for consistency – don’t want to let it sit too long or it will get sugary and not spread well on brownies.
