This came about one week when I ran out of money for food and needed to make a good dinner with what I had on hand. It actually turned out to be quite tasty and made enough for a huge dinner and a lunch to take to work the next day.
Ingredients
* 1 can of chicken and rice soup
* 1 can of baby corn or water chestnuts (or any other crunchy vegetable)
* 1 package of Ramen (discard flavor packet)
Instructions
1. Pour the soup into a large microwave safe bowl with a lid. 2. Pour in the baby corn or water chesnuts juice and all. 3. Add the Ramen. 4. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes or until the Ramen look done (noodly instead of hard).Similar recipes
