Ingredients
1 c shortening
1 lb unsalted butter
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
3 lb 10X sugar
3 tbs meringue powder
2 1/2 oz milk
Instructions
Mix butter and shortening first, then sugar followed by rest of ingredients.
Beat for 7 minutes high
