Fantastic Cabbage Rolls that you assemble and bake in the oven using a Dutch Oven Pot.

Ingredients
Ingredients: Makes 10 large or 20 small rolls
1 large green cabbage
1 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound ground veal
3/4 cup raw white long grain rice
1 stick butter
1 bunch Italian parsley
1 yellow onion
1 egg
4 Cloves Garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
** 1 pkg Onion & Beef Soup mix **
1 quart beef broth (or water)
1 cup water
1 can crushed tomatoes (28oz)

Instructions
1.Par Boil cabbage leaves, trim spine…
2.Mix rice,meat,melted butter,parsley,chopped onion,egg,chopped garlic and seasonings
3.Stuff cabbage leaves
4.Alternate layers of , extra leaves(not stuffed) then a layer of rolls, a 1/4 cup of tomato until pot is full (I have a cast iron dutch oven)
5.Add water & beef broth, push down rolls as much as possible.
6.Bake for one hour at 350 then check and add water if need be
