Carmel Sugar Drop cookies - TastyPlanner.com

A sugar cookie with a gooey caramel filling.

Cook time: 5 Min.
Serves: 12
Ingredients
1/2c butter melted
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
individually wrapped caramel squares
Instructions
Mix butter , powdered sugar, vanilla and flour together to make a crumbly dough.
Unwrap plastic from caramel squares.
Wrap each square in aprox 1 Tbsp of dough..
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Remove cookies when caramel melts through the cracks in the dough.
*Cookies will not change color they will stay white.
