Cashew Chicken Casserole - TastyPlanner.com
Quick and can be prepared a head of time.

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
3n cups oc cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup velveeta cheese ( I just place sliced across the top)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
1 can ccream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cup milk
1 14 oz can chicken broth
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup crushed saltines
3/4 cup cashew halves
In a greased 9X13 layer the first seven ingredients in the order listed. In a large bowl combine the soups, milk, broth. Pour over the top. cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze for later.
Before baking toss butter, cracker crumbs and sprinkle over the casserole. Top with chashews. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes until macaroni is tender.
