Cheddar Stuffed Mini Burgers - TastyPlanner.com

These mini burgers are stuffed with sharp cheddar and spiced with basil and tarragon.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cubed Sharp Cheddar
1 T Dried Tarragon
1 T Dried Basil
4 T olive oil
1 Large Tomato
6 dinner rolls
Instructions
Combine the Ground Beef, Tarragon, Basil, 1 T Olive Oil, Sharp Cheddar and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Form into six golf ball size patties and flatten.
Heat some oil in a pan. Cut the buns in half, and lay them face down in the oil.
In another pan, on medium-high heat, Sizzle those patties, turning frequently. Eventually, some of the cheese will ooze out and get crispy on the outside of the burgers while maintaining some cheesy gems on the inside of the burger.
Take the buns off when toasted. Lay a large slice of tomato down. Salt and pepper it. Make a bed of spinach on the tomato and lay the burger to rest.
Top with your favorite toppings: More cheese, bacon, avocado, ketchup, mustard, etc..
