3/4 cup egg beaters or 6 egg whites
2 tablespoons skim milk
1.5 ounces Part-skim mozzarella cheese
In a bowl, lightly beat the egg beaters or egg whites with the skim milk. In a medium pan coated with vegetable spray, add the egg mixture and cook slightly, then add the cheese and cook to desired firmness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
