Ingredients
5 pounds beef sliced thin
1/2 pounds bacon
1/2 pounds american cheese slice
1/2 pounds Swiss cheese slice
1/2 pound Cream Cheese Cubed
1 large onion sliced
1-2 large green peppers sliced
12 6" hoagie rolls
Instructions
Brown beef and bacon together.
Top with cheeses,onions and peppers.
Cook until chesses are well melted. Serve on 6’ hoagie roll.
