A nice side dish to add to your dinner meal.
1 large bag hash browns
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter (melted)
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt - to taste
Combine hash browns, 1/4 cup butter, sour cream, shredded cheese and soup. Spread in a 9″ × 13″ pan. Cover with crused cornflakes and melted butter (stick) mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
