appetizer favorite – if you have the patience for a natural (healthier) alternative to velveeta (like…well, cheese), it works great.
Prep time: 20 Min.
Cook time: 10 Min.
Serves: 10
Ingredients
1 lb. pork sausage (spicy, if you like it)
1 lb. velveeta
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. Catsup
2 loaves of party rye bread (cocktail size)
Instructions
Cook and drain sausage.
Melt cheese.
Mix all ingredients together. Cook until well-mixed.
Spread on rye bread and bake at 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
