Ingredients
3 ounces fat-free turkey breast, chopped
3 ounces extra lean ham, chopped
1.5 ounces part skim mozzarella cheese, chopped or shredded
1/2 each Roma tomato, chopped
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup hearts of palm, chopped
1 ounce avocado, diced
Instructions
Toss ingredients together in a bowl. Top with your lowfat dressing of choice.
