A quick and easy add-on for any meal that needs a touch of bread. Listed w/ Sharp Cheddar but it goes great with Spaghetti if you do parmesan and 1/2 tsp. basil instead. It is a pretty forgiving recipe as to the flour combination so can mix it up with your own favorite gluten free flours! Enjoy!

Ingredients
1/3 C. brown rice flour
1/3 C. Oat Flour (GF)
1/3 C. millet flour
1 tsp. xanthan gum
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar
2 TBSP butter
2/3 C. milk
touch of vinegar into milk to make buttermilk
Instructions
Preheat 450
Combine dry ingredients – sift
Add Cheddar and toss
Cut in Butter until crumbs form
Add Milk and stir with fork until soft dough forms – don’t overmix
Drop onto ungreased stone about 1 inch apart
Bake about 15 min. depending on oven (check at 10)
Makes 8 biscuits (doubles well)
If you have leftovers reheat in oven NOT microwave!
