fettucini noodles covered in cream sauce, topped with grilled chicken and served with broccoli
Ingredients
2 chicken breast
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 pint cream
1/2 cup butter
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
2 heads broccoli
Instructions
cut up chicken into 3/4" squares, cook in frying pan with oregano, salt, pepper, garlic in small amount of oil.
add butter to cold cream in sauce pan, add pepper and shredded cheese, stir till melted. add cream cheese, keep just under boil. add salt and pepper to taste.
cut up broccoli and steam in microwave 5 min, then toss, then 3 min.
cook fettucini per instructions.
combine chicken, noodles, sauce, serve with steamed broccoli
