Chicken and Lime Soup (6 Svgs) - TastyPlanner.com
CURVES PHASE 1 – higher protein dinner
Dinner Goals: 30g carbs / 45g protein / 11g fat / 400 calories

1 cup diced onion
6 clove garlic, minced
2 1/4 lb chicken breast, cubed
12 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
6 tomato, chopped
3 cups mushrooms
juice from 6 lime
3 cup cooked wild rice
Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large saucepan until onion begins to soften. Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth, tomato, mushrooms and lime juice. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through. Add wild rice and serve. Garnish with sliced jalapenos for extra heat.
(Each serving includes only 6oz chicken and 1/2 cup wild rice)
