Chicken Bacon Pecan Salad - TastyPlanner.com

The name says it all. I adapted this from a recipe from the Chinaberry Cookbook.
Ingredients
1½ cups celery, diced
¾ cup toasted pecans, chopped
4 cups cooked chicken, diced
6 sliced cooked bacon, crumbled
1½ tsp lemon juice
1 cup fat free sour cream (or regular)
1 cup light mayonnaise (or regular)
Instructions
Combine celery, pecans, chicken, and bacon. Blend remaining ingredients into mixture until desired consistency is reached.
Note: To toast pecans, bake 15 min in a shallow pan at 350º. You may also substitute cashews.
