Chicken Cheese and Biscuits - TastyPlanner.com
This is a casserole that everyone will love. It is a warm winter-time meal, and the biscuits make it extra filling.
Note: the image is a version that includes broccoli and cauliflower. Most vegetables can be substituted for the ones in the recipe.

4 chicken breasts, poached in chicken broth and chunked
1 box green beans
8 oz mushrooms
4 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp chicken bullion
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
3 cups milk
2 cups of cheese
2 tubes of buttermilk biscuits
Boil 2 cups of water and add beans, carrots, and mushrooms. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour to butter and cook for 2 min. Whisk chicken bullion and poultry seasoning into roux (butter mixture).
Whisk 3 cups of milk into roux and thicken. Add cheese to mixture and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add strained vegetables to roux. Spray 13×9 pan with cooking spray. Throw chicken in pan and cover with sauce.
Layer with 2 tubes of Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits (4 rows of 5). Bake at 400º for 15 min.
