Delicious chili that’s easy to make and sure to please! Use your left-over chicken and it’s even easier to make.
Ingredients
3 lbs chicken, boiled and shredded (I prefer breast meat)
2 cans chicken broth
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
24 oz HOT)
1 large and 1 small jar Great Northern Beans
2 tsp Cumin
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and cook in crock pot for 3 hours.
Serve with sour cream and tortilla strips.
