Rolled chicken with ham and swiss cheese
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp salt
4 slices cooked ham
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Coat baking dish with cooking spray. Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick. Spinkle each peice of chicken on both sides wiht salt and pepper. Place 1 cheese slice and one ham slice on top of each breast. Roll up each breast and secure with a toothpick. Place in prepared baking dish and sprinkle chicken evenlly with bread crumbs. Bake for 30-35 min until chicken is done. Remove from oven and place 1/2 cheese slice on each breast. Bake 5 more mins or until cheese is melted.
