Dane’s Favorite Chicken Dish-
Two kinds of sauce. One to toss with pasta, one to pour over chicken.

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 cannister italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Clove of garlic
parmesean cheese
feta cheese
1 can tomato paste
2 large cans diced or stewed tomatoes
fresh basil
Red Onion
1 PACKAGE MUSHROOMS
1 package of Pasta
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cut Chicken Breast into filets and pound, like cutlets.
Make egg bath, get bread crumbs ready.
Begin to Boil Water for the Pasta.
1st sauce- Saute Onions and Mushrooms in Olive Oil. Balsamic Vinegar can be added. Tomatoes are a nice addition (avoid to much water). Add Garlic at the end.
2nd sauce- Tomatoe Paste, Diced Tomatoes, garlic. The idea is to have a really thick hearty tomato pasta sauce. Basil and spice are nice here. Maybe add a little crushed red paper or hot sauce.
Start boiling your pasta.
Get a pan ready to fry your chicken.
Coat chicken in egg, bread in crumbs, and fry in pan.
Here’s how you put it together.
Strain pasta. Really Good. (No watery plates)
Olive Oil, Mushroom, Onion sauce gets tossed with pasta noodles. Toss in a little parmesean as well.
Plate the pasta.
Top with strips of breaded chicken.
On the top of the chicken glob a ball of loosley packed feta cheese.
Top the feta and the chicken with a hearty amount of the tomato sauce. *Feta should be covered by the tomatoes
Serve with bread and wine :) Salad is nice too.
Fresh Basil is a welcome addition thorughout this dish, especially tossed into the pasta.
