Ingredients
Aluminum foil
Pam
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Any fresh vegetable you would like can be added!
onions
Carrots
potatoes
Celery
Italian Dressing
Instructions
Spray aluminum foil with Pam. Place chicken in foil and arrange vegetables on top. Pour Italian dressing over all. Fold foil so as not to leak. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve.
These boats can also be placed on the grill.
