chicken parmesana over spaghetti.
4 chicken breasts
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 12-oz pkg spaghetti
pound chicken breasts to about 3/8 inch thickness. for each breast, drudge through flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Pan fry both sides in oil until golden brown.
place on cookie tray, cover with red pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
cook in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
with about 10 minutes left, make spaghetti.
