Chicken Breast Provencal

Ingredients
6 half chicken breast boneless
3 tbsp flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp mince garlic
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 medium tomatoes, peeled, diced
1 tbsp sliced black olive
1 anchovy
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp slivered basil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Saute chicken in Pan over medium high heat. (3 to 4 min each side)
3. Add Garlic to pan, wine and deglaze. Add tomatoes, olives, anchovy and chicken stock. Cook 5 to 10 min. Stir in butter.
4. Serve sauce on top of chicken with Basil.
