Chicken soft tacos - TastyPlanner.com

Shredded chicken makes this meal great, but you may also cube the chicken. You can make the meal healthier by using fat free sour cream and fat free or low fat cheese!
1 pound of chicken tenders-shredded (breasts take longer to cook)
2 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
8 oz shredded cheese of your choice (I prefer cheddar)
1 pkg flour tortilla shells
1 cup salsa to top
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp light sour cream
1 can refried beans
Boil chicken until pink is gone. Pull apart chicken and place into skillet. Add seasoning and water and heat until most of the water is gone. (If preparing toppings such as diced tomatoes, do this now). Place wet paper towel on a plate and place 2-3 tortillas on it. Add another wet paper towel on top and heat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Remove tortillas. Add chicken, cheese, and any additional toppings you desire. (If adding beans, you’ll want to spread them on the tortillas right out of the microwave). Enjoy!
