  <instruction>&lt;p&gt;Boil Water and cook Spaghetti noodles.&lt;br /&gt;
Saute the chopped onion in the margarine.  Mix the vegatable mixture with the chicken, cheese, mushroom soup, and milk.    Stick in oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This freezes well as well.&lt;/p&gt;</instruction>
