Chili-Lime Chicken - TastyPlanner.com

A spicy rub for grilling chicken that packs a lot of flavor. Great for Arepas!
4 thin slicked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Chili Pepper Flakes
Put raw chicken in a gallon sized zip-lock bag, add the juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1/2 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili pepper flakes. Close baggie and shake it all up! Grill until chicken is cooked though and juices run clear.
*the spices are a rough estimate, you can do more or less depending on personal taste.
