Fast quick hearty meal in less than 30 minutes

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
1 medium chooped onion
1 14 oz. can diced tomatos
1 10 oz can Tomato soup, with one can water
1 4 oz can diced green chilis drained
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 cups dried elbow macaroni
1 can cut green beans drained
1 cup shredded cheeder cheese
Instructions
Cook beef or turkey & onion in large skillet until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained diced tomatoes, tomato soup with water, chili peppers, chili powder and garlic salt into meat mixture. Bring to boiling. Stir in uncooked macaroni and green beans. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer covered, about 15 minutes or untill macaroni and beans are tender. To serve spoon into bowls; sprinle with cheese.
