Ingredients
Chinese greens or broccoli
2 garlic cloves
1 tblsp groundnut oil
12 stems)
6 tblspn oyster sauce
Instructions
When rice is cooked, keep warm and in a covered colander over a pan of simmering water.
Roughly chop the coriander and fold into the rice with a little black pepper. Put pan to boil for the greens.
Slice garlic thinly, peel ginger and cut into matchstick shreds. Warm the oil in medium-sized saucepan, tip in garlic and ginger and fry till golden brown.
Cook the greens in plenty of lightly salted water 3-5 mins. depending on the thickness of the stems.
Stir in oyster sauce to garlic/ginger. drain greens and tip immediately into sauce. Toss gently and serve with the rice
