Chocolate Bundt Cake with Raspberries - TastyPlanner.com

This cake is so moist and always turns out perfect!
Ingredients
1 box Devil's food or dark chocolate cake mix
1 small box chocolate (or devil's food) instant pudding
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
chocolate glaze
4 oz. chopped semisweet chocolate
3 T. butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 T. hot water
Instructions
Mix together and bake in greased bundt pan 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
Chocolate Glaze
Melt 4 oz. coarsely chopped semisweet chocolate and 3 T. butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Beat in 1 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar and 3 T. hot water until smooth. Add additional hot water, if needed, to reach drizzling consistency.
Once the cake has cooled drizzle half of the glaze over the top. Use fresh or thawed raspberries for garnish (optional) and drizzle the last half of the glaze over everything.
