Ingredients
CRUST LAYER:
1 stick Butter or margarine, melted
1 Cup flour
1 Cup Pecans, chopped fine

CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
1 8oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature.
1 Cup confectioner’s sugar
1 Cup of 9oz Cool Whip tub
1 tsp. vanilla

PUDDING LAYER:
2 4oz pkg Chocolate Fudge Instant Jello Pudding Mix.
3 Cup milk
remainder of 9oz Cool Whip tub
Instructions
To the melted butter add flour and pecans mix well and press evenly into 12×7 ½ in.(9×13 in. is too large). Bake for about 15 min at 350.
Break cream cheese in pieces and whip with electric mixer mixing well with confectioner’s sugar, 1 cup of Cool Whip, and vanilla. Spread onto cooled crust.
Mix pudding mix and milk, spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with rest of Cool Whip left from 9 oz. container. Top with grated chocolate bar or nuts. Chill, cut into squares.
