Ingredients
1 box brownie mix
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons creme de menthe liqueur OR
3/4 teaspoons mint extract (and 3 drops green food coloring)
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
make browniew according to package directions. cool.
melt 1/2 cup butter, add powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon water and mint extract/food coloring (or creme de menth). spread on top of brownies and chill.
Melt 6 tablespoons butter over low heat, melt chocolate chips into butter and stir until smooth. Cool slightly then spread over mint layer.
Chill for one hour and serve!
