1 packet plain instant oatmeal
1/2 cup skim milk
small apple chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
Instructions
Prepare 1 packet plain, instant oatmeal with 1/2 cup skim milk. Microwave three-quarters of a small apple, chopped, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon brown sugar. Top oatmeal with apples and 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts.
