This bread is wonderful and sweet. Omit the raisins for just a plain good cinnamon bread. This recipe is for use in a bread machine and yields a 1.5 lb loaf.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups warm (110ยบ) water
2 tbs butter or margarine, softened
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
3/4 cup raisins
Instructions
Place ingredients in order suggested by your machine’s manufacturer.
Select the 1.5 lb sweet bread (rapid rise) and light crust settings. Add raisins to the extras tray or when indicated by your manufacturer.
