Run ingredients
SALT, SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR, SPICES AND HERBS (INCLUDING SMOKED PAPRIKA, SMOKED CHIPOTLE PEPPER, CINNAMON AND BLACK PEPPER), ONION, GARLIC, CORN starch
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Cinnamon Chipotle rub (McCorrmick grill mates)
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 Whole Salmon Fillet
3/4 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
Mix rub, lime zest and cumin in small bowl. Put Salmon in gallon bag. Add jucies; seal bag. Marinate for 15 minutes at room temperture. Heat oven to 450, place salmon skin side down in a large rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. Discarde marinade. Evenly sprinkle spice mixture over salmon. Bake salmon 15 to 20 minutes until opaque at thickest part of fillet. Lift salmon with spatula to serving dish, leaving skin behind.
