Ingredients
2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
1 14-ounce can coconut milk
1 tablespoon lime juice
dash nutmeg
Instructions
Follow the package directions for cooking the rice, substituting 2 of hte cups of water with the coconut milk and lincluding lime juice and nutmeg. Serve Hot.
