A great kids’ recipe! Tastes like corn dogs, but easier.

Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 package Corn muffin mix
1 egg
4 Hot dogs
1/4 c.Shredded cheese (if desired)
Instructions
Follow directions form Corn Bread Muffin package mix.
Cut up hot dogs into bite sized pieces.
Stir into muffin mix.
Pour into muffin tins.
Top with cheese
Bake according to package directions
