Yummy salsa served with chips or on a quesadilla.

Ingredients

1 can corn, drained

1 can black-eyed peas, drained

2 chopped tomatoes

1 bunch cilantro, chopped (no stems)

1/2 - 1 bunch chopped green onions

1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing (follow directions on envelope)

Instructions

Mix above ingredients. Just before serving, add two chopped avocados. Mix and serve with tortilla chips, Fritos, or on a quesadilla.
