Cornbread stuffing - TastyPlanner.com

A great southern cornbread stuffing recipe. See also my cornbread recipe which is used in this recipe.

Ingredients
1 pan cornbread, see my cornbread recipe!
5 slices "day-old" bread
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 onion
14 oz chicken broth
Instructions
Crumble cornbread and white bread in mixing bowl. Add pepper, salt, eggs, onion, celery.
Add chicken broth while being careful not to make too soggy.
Place in to pan and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
